Some of the comments on this piece are hilarious. It's interesting how many people on deviantArt fail to "get it". Design is less about how much you push a mouse around, and more about the taste of the designer. What the designer finds to be beautiful or stylish. Not the technical skill or the amount of time involved.

But then it WAS interesting to see the *cough* "Galleries" of the naysayers. If you can call them galleries.

Too many people think difference between a designer and a GOOD designer is how much shit you can shove into a piece of work. Rather, the real difference that defines an accomplished designer is the *taste* of that designer, the creative decisions they do or do not make.

Design is far more an art than it is a science. People who have good taste are those who survive in this industry.
